Embedding widgets in your product
Put the feedback board, roadmap, and changelog inside your own app.

Feedback you have to leave the product to give is feedback you mostly do not get. Widgets put the board and the changelog on the screen the user is already looking at, and the post arrives with the context of where they were.
| Widget | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Feedback | A 'Suggest a feature' entry point in your app's help menu. |
| Changelog | A 'What's new' panel, badged when there is an unread release. |
| Roadmap | An in-product answer to 'are you working on this?'. |
Setup
- 1
Open Settings → Widget and choose which widgets to enable.
- 2
Copy the embed snippet.
- 3
Paste it before the closing
</body>tag.The script is loaded asynchronously — it will not block your page from rendering.
Badge the changelog
An unread-count badge on a 'What's new' button is the cheapest adoption mechanism you have. Customers who never read a release email will click a badge that is sitting in their toolbar.
