What SignlOS is
SignlOS is one workspace for customer feedback, the roadmap it feeds, and the changelog and status page that close the loop.
3 min read
Most feedback dies in the gap between where it arrives and where the work is planned. It comes in through support tickets, sales calls, and Slack messages, gets summarised into a document nobody reads, and the customer who asked never hears back. SignlOS closes that gap by keeping the request, the decision, and the announcement attached to each other.
The loop
- 1
Capture
Customers post ideas and bugs on a feedback board and vote on the ones they care about. Votes are the signal — you can see how many people want a thing, and exactly who they are.
- 2
Decide
Promote a post to a roadmap item. The item keeps a link back to every post that fed it, so the requester list travels with the work.
- 3
Ship
Publish a release note. Everyone who voted for a linked post is notified automatically. Nobody has to keep a list of who to email.
- 4
Stay up
When something breaks, the status page tells customers before they open a ticket, with per-component health and an incident timeline.
What's in the box
| Module | What it does |
|---|---|
| Feedback boards | Public or private boards with voting, comments, tags, and six post statuses. |
| Roadmaps | Planned / In progress / Shipped, linked back to the posts that asked. |
| Release notes | A changelog with a public feed that notifies voters and subscribers. |
| Status pages | Component health, incident history, operator notices, custom domain. |
| Knowledge base | Searchable help articles on the same portal as the boards. |
| Forms & surveys | Structured questions when an open board is too open. |
| Widgets | Embeds that put the board, roadmap, and changelog inside your own product. |
| REST API + MCP | The same data, for your scripts and for AI assistants. |
The portal
Everything customer-facing lives on one public portal at signlos.com/p/your-workspace — boards, roadmap, changelog, status, and knowledge base under a single address. On a paid plan you can serve it from your own domain instead, so customers never leave your brand.
Passwordless by design
There is no password field anywhere in SignlOS. Sign-in is a one-time code by email or SMS, or a passkey using Touch ID, Face ID, or a hardware security key. There is no password database to breach and no reset flow to phish.
Common questions
- What does SignlOS do?
- SignlOS collects customer feedback on voteable boards, turns the feedback that matters into roadmap items, and announces the result through a changelog and a status page. It also exposes the same data through a REST API and an MCP server, so an AI assistant can read and act on it.
- Who is SignlOS for?
- Product, support, and engineering teams who are currently tracking feature requests in a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, or a Slack channel, and who want customers to be able to see what happened to a request without asking.
